Return Policy

Our policy is to provide our customers with superior service and support. All of our batteries and accessories carry a 1-year warranty, unless noted otherwise within the Sellers notes here on Amazon.com attached to the Product Detail page from where the product was purchased from. In addition, if for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) to us within 30 days from the original purchase date and we will refund the full product price, less the initial shipping and handling charges unless there was an order processing error on our part.

Before returning any item, you must contact one of our Product Specialists at 1-800-Battery (1-800-228-8379) to arrange for a proper Return Merchandise Authorization or ("RMA"). No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) return and must match the product(s) authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days. In cases of limited stock, replacement product may not be available and thus cannot be guaranteed. Our Product Specialists will provide you with all of the required information on how/where to return product either directly to us or directly to the manufacturer during the time of an RMA.
Testing And Warranty Sticker Disclaimer: Please note, that 1800Battery reserves the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.
Memory Effect Warranty Disclaimer: Please note, that the 1800Battery warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse.
Clearance Product And Final Sales Disclaimer: Due to the nature of clearance product and final sales, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by 1800Battery within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must contact one of our Product Specialists at 1-800-Battery or 1-800-228-8379 to arrange for a proper RMA number.
Original Equipment From The Manufacturer ("OEM") Disclaimer: Our replacement products may not be the Original Equipment from the Manufacturer or "OEM", however they are tested and are certified to be 100% OEM Compatible. Many times our products are the only replacement Battery available, as many times the manufacturer no longer carries or supports a particular device. Returns based on the reason that it is not from the manufacturer will not be considered qualifying returns per our Returns Policy and at our discretion will either not be honored or subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All return's sent to us without a valid RMA number will be subject to a $15.00 shipping and handling fee. Please contact one of our Product Specialists at 1-800-Battery (1-800-228-8379) for specific instructions on how to obtain a valid RMA.
Any shipping problems because of an incomplete address, not being present for delivery, no mail receptacle, or other reasons beyond the courier's control will also be subject to a $10.00 re-shipping fee. Please note, that this may be waived, but at the sole discretion of our Product Specialists.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
If merchandise arrives damaged, save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify a 1800Battery Product Specialist immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged merchandise. Our Product Specialist will review with you the process and timing on when you will be shipped a replacement item(s).
1800Battery Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to the return of items, unless we shipped the wrong item to you in the initial order. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted by the 1800Battery receiving department for packages marked "Returns" or any equivalent language. If a 1800Battery Product Specialist deems that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of 1800Battery, the return must be shipped by US Priority Mail or UPS Standard Ground Shipping in order for us to credit the shipping cost to your account. We will not refund any extra shipping costs related to express delivery.
Please note that 1800Battery strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Valid returns within 30 days from the purchase date are eligible for exchange, refund or credit at 1800Battery pending the circumstance of the order. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies that we have to abide by and our Product Specialist will explain in detail to you when those situations arise.
All products returns must include the original box(s)/packing material(s), the original UPC code(s) on the product(s), all manual(s), blank warranty card(s) and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer
