Once an order ships from our warehouse, you will be able to track your shipment. Click on "Order Status" under the Information Desk on the left side of your screen. Enter your order number and click on "Get Orders". Once your order comes up, you will see the status of your order along with the item(s) ordered, pricing, quantity and totals.
Under Shipping / Tracking Information you will see the tracking number that was assigned to your order.
UPS tracking numbers are usually 18 digits long (1ZA8XXXXXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html and enter the tracking number in one of the fields provided then click on "Track". The tracking number will be displayed. If you need detailed information, click on "Details".
FedEx Ground tracking numbers are usually 12 digits long ( 6XXXXXXXXXXX ). Go to http://www.fedex.com/ and enter the tracking number in the field provided and click on "Track It". The detailed results of the tracking number you entered will be displayed.

International shipments are shipped via FedEx International Economy. This method takes between 3 - 7 days for delivery.
FedEx International Priority is also available and takes between 2 - 5 days for delivery.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for all overseas shipments (Canada and UK - we accept EFT or Credit Card payment). Once transfer is complete, the product ships immediately.
A backorder occurs when an item that you ordered is not available in any of our warehouse locations.
You will be advised via e-mail or by phone of any item that is on backorder. If you wish to contact Customer Service, you may do so at our Toll Free number: (800) 228-8379. Your credit card will not be charged until the product ships.
We ask that you follow our return policy for faster processing as refused shipments may take up to 3 weeks to be returned to our warehouse causing a delay in processing your credit.
We do incur shipping charges on all shipments to our customers. If there is an error on our part, these shipping fees will be refunded or credited along with the cost of the item(s) purchased. If through no fault of 1800Battery.com the shipment is refused (or returned), shipping charges will not be credited and you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
1800Battery.com accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 30 days from the purchase date. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to 1800Battery.com on returned items unless there was an incorrect item(s) shipped by 1800Battery.com.
Returns within 30 days from purchase date can be for exchange, refund or credit at 1800Battery.com's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by 1800Battery.com. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not refund the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. If items are returned by express delivery, refund will only cover up $10.00.
1800Battery.com strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If merchandise arrives damaged: save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in, notify 1800Battery.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to 1800Battery.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at 1800Battery.com's discretion for: credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
NON-DEFECTIVE returns can be accepted directly by 1800Battery.com within 30 days from the invoice date, at 1800Battery.com's discretion for: credit, exchange. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.
BATTERY WARRANTY We offer a 1-year warranty on all of Value Line batteries and accessories. This warranty does not cover batteries that have been subjected to "memory effect" (due to insufficient conditioning) overcharging or other abuse and misuse. Value line batteries and accessories can be return to our address. Other batteries should be returned to the original manufacturer. We will provide you with the information on how to return product to the manufacturer when a RMA is requested. We reserve the right to test any battery prior to issuing a new replacement or refund. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal component has been altered or modified.
Due to the nature of clearance product, returns will be limited to defective product upon customer receipt. Returns must be received by 1800Battery.com at the address above within 14 days of the customer receipt date. Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Before returning any defective item, you must call us at (800) 228-8379. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 5 business days. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. No partial returns will be accepted. The original packing slip must be included and the RMA number visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund.
